When we started the Home Centers Realty concept, we wanted to be a different kind of real estate company. For more than fifteen years, we have been focused on giving North Texas home buyers and home sellers the very best real estate experience possible. Sammy Gardner first became involved in Real Estate as a mortgage loan officer and eventually opened his own mortgage brokerage. While he became acquainted with many very nice Realtors during this time, he realized that many of them simply were not serving their clients in the best possible way. Simply having a real estate license does not equip someone with the knowledge and experience that is necessary to understand various markets. Sammy realized that on too many occasions, some of the larger real estate firms were so focused on retention of realtors and in collecting fees that they would distribute new client leads on an "as needed to retain" basis. This meant that the given Realtor might not even know the specific real estate market, schools, neighborhoods or communities. The real estate clients were being greatly underserved. So, he determined that he would create boutique real estate firms which included realtors that were specialists in those markets.
Beginning in Frisco, he and Debbie set out to learn as much about their community as possible. They became deeply entrenched in Frisco, learning every nook and cranny. In that way, they became Frisco real estate experts. They soon realized they needed others who could help assist clients in the neighboring communities. Overtime, they have also enlisted other agents that serve Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Plano, Lewisville, Little Elm, Castle Hills and Lantana. These agents work hard to stay on top of the the latest market conditions, school districts, property tax rates, etc. They are local area experts and are ready to serve you.
