Phillips Creek Ranch is a 950-acre masterplanned community in West Frisco.  The rolling terrain and character of the land is ideally suited to be developed as an upscale community that will include over one hundred acres of open spaces, lakes, an extensive creek system, spacious parks and eleven miles of hike and bike trails.  Currently in the early construction stages, Phase I is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2012.  Phillips Creek Ranch will eventually have more than 3,700 homes at completion and approximately 10,000 residents.  The first phase to be built, will include 548 homes with a price range of $300,000 to $700,000.

Phillips Creek Ranch's Visitor Center is to be located at Vista Park, the highest point of the property.  It will offerbreathtaking views of Lake Lewisville.  Amenities will include a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, a children's playground and an open-air pavilion.  You will meet neighbors, make friends and enjoy an exclusive lifestyle.

A group of some of the most respected homebuilders in the Metroplex have been brought together to build the homes in Phillips Creek Ranch and will provide a wide range of homebuyer options.  Our builders include: Belclaire, Darling Homes, Drees, Highland Homes, Huntington Homes, K.Hovnanian, LionsGate Homes, Shaddock Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.

School-aged children will attend the highly-acclaimed Frisco ISD.  Three existing schools (2 elementary and 1 middle school) are adjacent to the community.  Sites for three additional, future elementary schools are also located in the project.
