Lawler Park is a new subdivision currently under development in Frisco, TX. It is located between Coit and Independence on the north side of Rolater.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the land had been owned since the 1960s by investor H. Roger Lawler.
Two of the most respected builders in the DFW area, Highland Homes and Darling Homes have committed to building in this subdivision. With over 143 acres available, at completion the community will have about 300 homes. Prices will range from the $400,000's to the $900,000's.
